@motoridersd@pug.ninja Unfortunately, the problem isn't the companies. AIUI, the issue is that the EO forced the change into the GNIS, which is the national government maintained database. Any mapping provider sourcing data from the national database would get the "new" name.

The real problem is non-US companies using Google (and other US-based sources) for their data, which then gives US-centric data to non-US users.
