@aosmith16@hachyderm.io @robert@hachyderm.io If no microwave, maybe the method I use for drying my chiles ... put your herbs on a small sheet pan with a rack (or similar option so there is full air circulation) at the back of the top shelf of your fridge. That will help dehydrate them the best in my experience.

(That is what I do for all of my extra fresh chiles when I hit up the Mexican and Asian markets here and buy too much.)
