      @motoridersd@pug.ninja @robert Still, Citi's iOS app allows for authentication with NFC with a debit card, so one would expect their infrastructure has such capabilities system-wide, but it doesn't. (Of course, most ATMs now are running some version of Windows, instead of OS/2 like they were in the late 90s/early 00s; maybe that's why they're so slow and barely responsive ...)

      (Of course, I was using my phone for NFC versus the card itself ... perhaps that was the difference. And if so, why can't I use my iPhone or Apple Watch as my card at Citi's ATM like I can at Chase?
