@daringfireball@mastodon.social I'm not sure this has legs. Did your research reveal that this "procurement document" was for anticipated actions, not actual funding appropriations? Or did it reveal that the procurement document was from December, before Trump took office?

(I am definitely not a Trump supporter, but giving this non-story another leg to continue upon is not helping anything.)
