(Also, while their app is utter crap, there are a few recipes in it that are quite good; J. Kenji López-Alt of The Food Lab/Serious Eats did a collaboration with them several years ago.) Also, Anova's products tend to hit the sweet-spot of price, precision/accuracy, and performance.
